Primitivo
Primitivo Sour - 8 pt
You can sense a subtle hint of alcohol—it’s neither dominant nor overwhelming. The addition of wine brings a sweet surprise, a kind of indulgence. On top of that, a delicate bitterness from the wine lingers on the finish, perfectly complementing and balancing the whole experience. The drink is both woody and fruity at the same time. It has a beautiful foam and a striking three-tone color.

Whiskey Sour - 9,5 pt
Sour, but in a very pleasant way. A delicate sweetness is noticeable, along with a woody, very flavorful whisky. The taste of noble wood, the taste of oak, is distinct. The foam is very stable. A delicious and therefore dangerous drink—it goes down way too easily.

Norblin
New York Sour - 3,5 pt
Very woody, harsh whisky. No balance in the drink. Neither sweetness nor acidity is present. The aftertaste is like chewing on a stick, old barrel wood. A lot of tannins linger on the tongue and in the mouth, making the tongue go numb. If the whisky were better, this could be enjoyable. But with bad whisky and no balance, this drink is a questionable pleasure.

Whiskey Sour - 7 pt
Very sweet, yet surprisingly tasty. A good rum that stands out distinctly. If the overall profile were more acidic, it would make for a truly brilliant drink.

Smokey Whiskey Sour - 7,5 pt
The defining features are crushed ice and a half slice of lemon. It’s both sour and sweet. The alcohol and whiskey are barely noticeable, only warming the stomach later. Sugar granules are present but not bothersome. There’s something enjoyable, tasty, and soothing about this drink. The downside is the use of frozen lemon juice or juice from a carton, which brings an unpleasant bitterness. If the juice were freshly squeezed, it would be a 10/10.

Smokey Whiskey Sour
- 4,5 pt
Completely lacking foam, with a strong smoky aroma that’s actually quite pleasant and lingers for a long time.
The taste has notes of wood and whiskey barrel, but there's a prominent flavor of kerosene, like rocket fuel.
It’s a very sour drink, too sour in fact; a touch of sweetness would improve the taste.
Fortunately, the sourness isn’t unpleasant and doesn’t cause any uncomfortable scratchiness in the throat.
All the flavors are distinct and separate. They don’t blend together or complement each other.
They fail to create a cohesive, balanced cocktail.

Whisky Sour - 6 pt
Slightly bitter, not too sweet.
Fig Sour - 4,5 pt
Hints of fig, bitter almonds in taste, slightly less sour than expected, conservative foam,
perfect amount of ice, beautiful decorations, tasty dried fig on a bamboo skewer.
Homemade Mai Tai - 4 pt
Can be considered a sour.
Noticeable almond flavor coming from homemade orgeat syrup (orszada),
the alcohol is subtle, but the rum it's made with is not detectable.
The taste is too sweet, reminiscent of candy, specifically white hard candies.
Nice foam, sprig of mint, and a wedge of lime.
